SEVENTH-RANKED PANTHERS SET TO FACE CARROLLTON: The Nouvel Catholic Central varsity football team climbed three spots in Tuesday's Associated Press rankings following a homecoming victory over Michigan Lutheran Seminary last Friday. Now ranked No. 7 in Division 8 by the AP, the 3-1 Panthers head crosstown this week to take on Tri-Valley Conference-Blue rival Carrollton. The Cavaliers are in search of their first win of the season. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM, and the game will be streamed live on the NFHS Network (subscription required).
