NOUVEL NINE SPLITS TWINBILL IN CARROLLTON: Nouvel baseball team took advantage of a break in the spring’s relentless rain on Friday afternoon, traveling to Carrollton for a doubleheader. The Panthers and the Cavaliers split the twin bill, with Carrollton taking the opener 5–4 and Nouvel rallying to win the second game 11–10 before it was called due to darkness.
