RIVALARY GAME VS. MLS GOES TO DOUBLE-OVERTIME: Panther basketball fans certainly got their money’s worth on Friday. In the boys varsity matchup, the Nouvel-Michigan Lutheran Seminary rivalry spilled over from the football field onto the basketball court resulting in an exciting see-saw battle that went into double overtime. Ultimately the Cardinals edged Nouvel in the Panther gym, by a basket, 47-45. The Panthers are now 1-2 on the young season.
