Attention MS/HS Student-Athletes who will be participating or trying out for a Fall Sport for the upcoming school year. Monday, August 10th is the official day for HS Fall Sports(Start times TBA). MS Fall Sports will be near the first week of school (Details TBA). Please see the attached graphic for step by step process on how to submit your student-athlete's physical form . The NW Athletic office WILL NOT accept paper copies or an email of the sports physical.
