NCA Guys Win 3rd at District Track Meet in Lubbock, 5 Qualify for Regionals

NCA's Varsity Track Team made the trip to Lubbock Friday for the District Meet. 3 Ladies and 10 Guys competed for the Lions and represented NCA with class! NCA's Guys finished 3rd in the overall team competition, scoring 79 points. Alex Neal won both the triple jump and long jump, while Gaddiel Nakitare won both the 100m and 200m, qualifying both of them for the Regional Meet at UTA. The 4 by 200m Relay Team (Luke & Jake Scarbrough, Cristian Adams, Gaddiel Nakitare) also placed 2nd in the meet, qualifying them for Regionals at UTA as well. Coaches Watson and Cruz had the boys ready to compete and bring home that bronze medal!!! Great job NCA Lions Track Team!!!
