The Mustangs dropped a game 2-1 against Beecher (IL) at home on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Beecher jumped out to an early lead by scoring one run in the top of the first inning and added an insurance run in the top of the third. In the bottom of the frame, Caroline Wendlinger hit a solo shot to center field. The Mustangs threatened in the bottom of the sixth by loading the bases with just one out. Beecher was able to escape without giving up a run. Kaylee O'Connell pitched a gem only giving up one earned run on one hit while strikeing out 6. Caroline Wendlinger let the Mustangs offensively with 2 hits. This brings the Mustangs record to 8-3. The JV White team traveled to BNI and came up with a 22-5 win. The Mustangs return to action on Monday, April 14 at home vs. Kankakee Valley at 5:00 PM.
