The Mustangs defeated Kankakee Valley 12-2. With this victory, Munster clinched at least a share of the NCC Championship. Emily Siurek pitched a gem and only gave up two hits. Kylie Madura led off the game with a homerun and Ally Compton had 2 2-run homeruns to lift her season total to 11, setting the Munster High School single season record. The Mustangs now have 33 homeruns on the seasons which extends the lead for most homeruns in a season. Their record is 18-8 on the season and 10-2 in conference. The Mustangs return to action tomorrow to take on Boone Grove at home at 5:00 PM for senior night.
