On middle school softball recognition night, the varsity softball team defeated the Hobart Brickies on Tuesday, April 16 4-1. Ally Compton and Emily Siurek shared the duties on the mound to hold the Brickies to just one run. The Mustangs only managed 5 hits but were able to take advantage of their scoring opportunities. Kylie Madura had 2 hits. The victory raised the Mustangs record to 11-4 and 4-0 in the conference. The JV team beat Hobart 11-1. The Mustangs play at home vs. the Highland Trojans on Thursday, April 18 at 5:00 PM.
