The boys swam well considering how hard we've been working for the last couple of weeks. There were some learning moments, and also some great swims. The guys broke the team record in the 200 free relay and almost got one in the medley relay as well, but it wasn't in the cards today. Overall, I'm happy where we stand and look forward to what we can do next.
