On 10/7/25, the JV and Varsity volleyball teams hosted the Broncos from Daleville for Senior Night. The Varsity match was certainly emotional to begin having 5 seniors recognized in their final home match in the Bear Den. The team did fight hard but the match ended 0-3 with scores of 17-25, 23-25 and 21-25. Some impressive stats were from Senior Hadley Hendrickson with 12 kills, 6 receptions and 6 digs. Senior Shyan Bennet with 10 kills, 10 receptions, 6 digs and 1 block. Sophomore Bentley Pegg with 1 ace, 27 assists and 11 digs. Senior Sophia Bolton with 19 receptions and 13 digs. The Golden Bears volleyball teams will be back in action on Thursday (10/9) when they travel to Blue River for their final regular season match. JV is scheduled to begin at 6pm and will be a 1-set only match.
