Monroe Central 7 Winchester 6 The Golden Bears get revenge beating Winchester on the road 7-6. Winchester jumped out to a early 6-2 lead after 2 innings but MC rallied to score 4 in the top of the 3rd. Both teams pitching traded 0's until the top of the 6th when Logan Walker lead off with a double, followed by a Kyler Bogue sac bunt to move him to 3rd. Peyton Farmer came through in the clutch with a deep sac fly to left to score the go ahead run. After Lane Wilson threw 6 strong innings Blake Bogue threw a 3 up 3 down 7th for the save. Cole Luedike caught a phenomenal game saving multiple runs and allowing pitchers to work down in the zone with confidence.
