Varsity Softball falls to Union City and Winchester in the Randolph County Tournament

The Bears lost two games against a couple tough opponents Saturday in the County Tourney. They lost the first game to Winchester 7-3 and the second game to Union City 9-3. Aubrey Johnson had 2 hits with 3 stolen bases. Whitley Martin went 4-6 with a triple, 1 RBI and 2 stolen bases. Tessa Chesher went 5-7 with a double and 1 RBI. Kate Brown had 2 doubles and 3 RBI. Caylie Newsome had 2 doubles. Jayme Brannan had a double and 1 RBI. Ava Pohl had 2 hits. The Bears are back in action Monday against Northeastern at home.
