Varsity: The bears traveled to cross county and conference rival Wapahani Friday night. The bears lost 66 to 40. The bears came out and held their own in the first quarter only being down 8. In the 2nd quarter the bears committed too many turnovers and Wapahani capitalized by outscoring the bears by 14 in the quarter. In the second half the bears slowed the game down and played alot better and only committed 3 turnovers. The bears were led in scoring by Easton Foster with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Followed by Alden Mahaffery with 14. Cole Munchel added 7 rebounds. The bears fall to 7-13 on the year. Next game is at home on Tuesday (2/14) against Frankton. JV: The bears went to Wapahani friday night and lost to the raiders 60-30. The bears played hard but just couldn't find the range from 3 point area. The bears were led in scoring by Jackson Konkle with 11 points. Griffin Gannom added 9 points.
