The boys varsity basketball team went to Northeastern saturday night and lost 57-28. The bears played well the first half shooting 8 for 11 from the foul line in the first half to stay in reach of the knights. In the second half the knights turned up the defensive and made some 3 point shots and broke the game open. The bears played hard on both ends of the court but came up short. Leading scorer for the bears was Alden Mahaffery with 11. Alden also added 9 rebounds. Hayden Taylor added 6 points also. The JV team fell to the Knights 27-46.
