Our JV/V volleyball teams were up against the Falcons of Winchester tonight. Our JV team came out with the right frame of mind and they were in it to compete. They worked hard and even though they came up short with scores of 23-25, 25-27, their coaches were extremely proud of their efforts from start to finish on that floor tonight. Standing out tonight was Freshman Kyra Brockman. She added 1 ace, 6 kills, 8 receptions, and 2 digs to the team totals. Great job tonight Kyra. Our Golden Bears are back in action tomorrow (9/11/24) here in the Bear Den against the Tigers of Alexandria. JV will start at 6pm. Come out and watch the improvements these girls are making. We are a team on the move with constant desires to increase our competitive level of play.
