The Junior Varsity Lady Golden Bears had a hard fought battle tonight against the Panthers of Elwood. They ended up taking them to 3 sets but came up just short in the third set. Scores for each set were 14-25, 25-22, and 9-15. Sophomore Taylor Oren had some impressive serving tonight and was also quite effective in the back row with several defensive digs. Both Junior Varsity and Varsity will be in action again Tuesday night (8/27/24) at home when they face off with the Raiders from Southern Wells. JV match will begin at 6:00p.m. in the Bear Den.
