Game 1 Alexandria- 10 MC- 2 Pence, Farmer, and Middleton all 1-2 at the plate. Foster 1-1. Luedike added 3 walks. Game 2 Alexandria- 12 Monroe Central- 13 Monroe Central rallied in the bottom of the 6th with 6 runs to tie the game at 12. Zane Tinsman singled in the winning run in the bottom of the 8th to give the Bears the victory. Easton Foster drove in the first run in the 6th followed by Mason McCreery driving in 1 on a fielder's choice. Conner Baker lined a 2 RBI single into left field and Kyler Bogue finished the rally in the 6th with a line drive to center. Jack Cooper got the win for the Bears throwing the last 2.1 scoreless innings in relief only allowing 1 hit. The offense was led by Duncan, Foster, Bogue who tallied 2 hits a piece.
