Monroe Central

Monroe Central lost a tough one on the road 43-35 to Wapahani. The Bears were leading the Raiders 32-30 with 5:03 to go, but could not seal the upset. Maddox Taylor led the Bears with 15 points and Pierceton Erwin chipped in 10 points. Isaac Middleton added 4 points and Connor Baker, Caden Dance, and Chandler Breedlove rounded out the scoring with 2 points each. Breedlove, Erwin, and Middleton were cited for outstanding effort on the boards and Connor Baker was cited for a good defensive effort.
