Monroe Central defeated Randolph Southern on Thursday night, 35-18. The Lady Bears dominated the first half defensively, heading into the half, the Bears held a 24-2 lead over the Rebels. Kimber Abshear lead the Bears with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 blocks. Addy Puckett followed with 9 points and 4 steals while Maggie Haney finished with 7 points and 4 rebounds of her own. Monroe Central is now 4-1 on the season and are back in action on Saturday 11/25 at home against Northeastern at 2:30pm.
