The Lady Bears improved their record to 3-1 with a 52-30 win over the Morristown Yellow Jackets on Tuesday night. Monroe Central trailed 15-11 after the first quarter but out scored the Yellow Jackets 41-15 to finish the game. Defensively, Addy Puckett held their leading scorer scoreless for the game while accumulating 7 steals and 6 rebounds. Kimber Abshear and Sydney Patterson continued to pace the offense, combining for 29 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists between the two. The Lady Bears are back in action on Thursday night against Randolph Southern at 7pm.
