The Tigers from Alexandria traveled to the Bear Den this evening for a JV/Varsity matchup. The JV Golden Bears got off to a good start but the Tigers weren't willing to stop their efforts either and the Tigers got the match win 0-2 with scores of 18-25 and 20-25. Defensively the team had some good stats racking up 35 total digs. The offense showed some improvements this evening with getting a collective of 13 kills. The Golden Bears will be back in action on Thursday (9/10) when the host the Bearcats from Muncie Central. The JV match is scheduled to begin at 6:00p.m.
