The 6th grade Lady Bears volleyball team defeated Winchester in an exciting 3 sets, Thursday evening at home. The Lady Bears earned their 2nd win of the season improving their record to 2-2. The team was led at the serving line by Mati McConnell, serving 13 points, followed closely by Haidyn Knott, serving 11 points. This win was a huge team effort, with many great controlled passes. The leadership on the court continues to improve each game! Way to go, Lady Bears! Both 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams fell to Winchester last night after a good fight! 7th grade had a slow start for their first set, but fought hard in the second set for a much closer game. The 8th grade team started off strong in their first set with a close game, but ultimately fell to Winchester after losing the second set.
