Bats Show Up In Monroe Central JH Win Against Wes-Del Middle School By GameChanger Media There were runs aplenty on Thursday at Wes-Del Middle/High, as Monroe Central JH outsted Wes-Del Middle School 21-9. Monroe Central JH collected 20 hits, while Wes-Del Middle School had six. Bristol Goad collected three hits in four at bats in the win. Goad hit an inside the park home run in the third inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the second inning. Monroe Central JH got on the board in the top of the first inning after Goad singled, scoring one run, Delainee Whitehead singled, scoring one run, Haidyn Knott tripled, scoring one run, Izzy McGrath singled, scoring one run, and Brynlee Dumpert doubled, scoring two runs. Monroe Central JH scored six runs on four hits in the top of the second inning.
