Friday Night Lights Week 3 Final Mooresville Pioneers- 14 Plainfield Quakers- 35 The Mooresville Pioneers fall to 2-1 with a week three loss to the Plainfield Quakers, 35-14. The Pioneers got the scoring started early as Connor Cruz hit Tyler Denny on Mooresville's opening drive for two yard score (PAT Good- Owen Hopkins) to put the Pioneers up 7-0. Plainfield tied the game at 7-7 mid way through the first quarter, the Pioneers would take the lead in the second quarter as T. Denny returned an interception 34 yards for a touchdown (PAT Good- Hopkins), Pioneers- 14 Plainfield-7. The Quakers would tie the game at 14 with under a minute in the first half, Plainfield added 21 points in the third quarter to secure the week three win, 35-14. The Mooresville Pioneers will be back in action on Friday September 12, 2025 as they travel too Greenwood to take on the Woodmen, kickoff scheduled for 7:00pm.
