The Mooresville Girl's golf team opened the home portion of their season tonight at Heartland Crossing against Perry Meridian and Greenwood. Battling not only the Falcons and Woodmen, the girl's also battled the beginning of the schoolyear fatigue, the 93 degree heat, and the tough course conditions and came away with the victory with a team score of 198. Perry Meridian finished 2nd with a score of 228, and Greenwood finished 3rd with a score of 258. The 5 that played were Julianna Bell, Addison Farley, Bri Addair, Emily West, and Elizabeth Tiley. Your Lady Pioneers are back in action Thursday Aug. 8th at Heartland Crossing where they will battle Decatur Central. Tee Times are set for 5pm.
