MHS golfers turned in their best team total of the season in an away matchup against the Ben Davis Giants Thursday afternoon. The 4 man total of 155 was easily their best and plenty low enough to put down BD. Mooresville was led by Senior Elijah Lynn who picked up another individual medalist honor by shooting a 1 over par 36. Elijah was backed up by Sophomore Maddox Cooper and Freshman Mason McMahan who carded 39 each. Also playing well were Senior Hunter Phillips and Sophomore Baylor Query who each turned in rounds of 41. The Pioneers move to 14-49 on the year heading into the Mid State Conference Tournament next week.
