The Mooresville Pioneers Varsity Baseball Team traveled to Cascade on Monday evening to take on the Cadets. The Pioneers took an early 1-0 lead, Cascade scored 4 runs in the third and fourth innings to recapture the lead at 4-1. Mooresville added a run in the sixth to cut the Cadets lead to 4-2 but it would not be enough as Cascade held on for the 4-2 win. With the loss Mooresville sits at 14-10 on the season and 8-4 in the Mid State Conference. The Pioneers are back in action Tuesday May 20, 2025 and travel to Whiteland to take on the Warriors in the final MSC series of t he season, first pitch 6:00pm. #mooresvillepioneersbaseball2025
