JH Volleyball Opens Season at Vincennes Clark Loogootee Junior High Volleyball traveled to Vincennes Clark Middle School to open their season. The 8th grade team stayed in there and battled, pulling out two competitive wins by scores of 25-23 and 25-19 to start the year 1-0. The 7th grade squad fought hard, dropping the first set 18-25 before battling deep into the second, ultimately falling in a 34-36 heartbreaker. They begin the season 0-1. The 6th grade team also opened strong, earning a win with scores of 26-24 and 25-19, moving to 1-0. They are back in action on Saturday, August 30, in the Barr-Reeve invitational. The 7th and 8th grade teams return to the floor next Tuesday against Blue Chip Conference opponent Vincennes Rivet.
