Loogootee Jr-Sr High School

The Loogootee Lions took to the courts at Rick Graves Tennis Complex on Monday night and were victorious 3-2 to run their record to 4-0 on the young season. Wins for the Lions came at #3 Singles and both double positions. #3 Singles player Knox Jeffers defeated Tucker Woolems 6-2, 6-3. Emmett Graber and Gabe Walton defeated Logan Reckelhoff and Bentley Hopf 6-0, 6-0 at #1 Doubles. Reed Brittain and Carter Downey teamed up at #2 Doubles to win 6-0, 6-0 over Ross Brosmer and Levi Pankey. #1 Singles player Cooper VanHoy dropped a tough three setter to Carson Beck 2-6, 6-3, 3-6. #2 Singles player Grayson Kluesner dropped a 5-7, 2-6 decision to Kole Kalb. The Lions will be back in action on Tuesday when they travel to South Knox.
