Loogootee Jr-Sr High School

The Loogootee Middle School Cross Country teams competed at the Forest Park Invitational, with both teams showing great effort and determination on the course! The boys finished 6th out of 10 teams, led by an outstanding performance from Griffyn Thompson, who placed 8th overall in 12:01. Chayse Houston followed with a strong 20th-place finish in 12:40, while Noah Sergent (38th, 13:36), August Weitkamp (41st, 13:48), and Ryder Davis (47th, 14:12) rounded out the team's top five scorers. Aden Summers, Boston Shoultz, and Wyatt Flammer also competed hard for the Lions. The girls finished 9th out of 10 teams, led by Lyric Graber, who placed 30th in 14:28, and Embry Wade, who finished 31st in 14:45. Gracie Barnett added a strong 43rd-place finish, followed by Trinity Kerns, Everlye Jeffers, Avrie Bratton, and Harper. Great job, Lions!
