She piled up 23 swinging strikes on 66 pitches and threw strikes at an 84 percent clip — the kind of efficiency the coaches are looking for in their Ace. The Lions collected eight hits, drew six walks, and got big contributions from the bottom of the lineup. Kori and Alyn each had two hits, Remington drove in two from the eight‑spot, and Fara reached base three times on walks and stole two bags for good measure.
