Boys 5th and 6th Grade Tie Up Bulldogs

The 5th and 6th grade Lions each picked up a win on Thursday night in the Activity Center. The 5th Grade Lions won 30-22 and ran their record to 12-6 on the year. The 6th graders now stand at 19-0 after a 59-12 win over the Dawgs. The 5th grade Lions were led by LJ Marks with 10 points. Keaton Smith had 8. Kash Wagler added 7, and Brodan Hawkins and Hayden Edwards had three and two respectively. The 6th graders were led by Griffyn Thompson with 22 points. Kyle Wade had 14. Jenner Strange had 8 points and Nick Helderman; Reid Wagler; and Eli Graber had 6-5-4 each. The 5th/6th Grade Lions will be in action this weekend as they host the inaugural King of the Court tournament here at Loogootee. They will also travel to Shoals on Monday night to finish up the regular season.
