6th Grade Boys Beat Bloomfield and Dubois

The 6th grade boys ran their record to 17-0 on the season with wins over Bloomfield on Saturday and Dubois on Monday night. They defeated the Cardinals 49-21 and topped the Jeeps 51-28. Griffyn Thompson led the Lions against the Cardinals with 15 points. Eli Graber also hit double figures with 10 points. Kyle Wade had 8 for the Lions. Jenner Strange added 7. Nick Helderman had 6 and Reid Wagler had 3 to round out the Lion scoring attack. On Monday night against Dubois Thompson had 26 points to lead the Lion barrage. Jenner Strange had 12 points. Nick Helderman had 3 and Reid Wagler and Eli Graber each had a basket. The Lions also played an extra quarter at the end of the night and the Lions came out on top 10-5. Fallyn Taylor had 6 points to pace the Lions. Kasey Bratton and Eli Graber each had 2. The Lions get right back into action Tuesday night when they host Holy Family along with the 5th graders in the Activity Center.
