Loogootee Jr-Sr High School

The JH teams both got big victories over Washington last Saturday, before the snow set in, in what would be their last games of the regular season. The 7th grade started the day with a 51-9 victory, led in scoring by Ayla Hawkins with 16 points, Abby Meyer with 14, Alyn Strange had 8, Lyric Graber finished with 5, and Elin Wade, Kori Arvin, Emma Downey, and Sophia Ausbrooks each finished with 2 points a piece. This wraps the 7th graders season up at 13-9. The 8th Grade Lady Lions had a big 49-32 victory, to wrap their regular season up at 19-3. Sydnee Salmon finished with 18 points, Fara Fisher had 13, Addison Moore finished with 7, Taryn Brown had 6, Brylee Bateman had 3, and Hattie Humerickhouse had 2. Next up is Blue-Chip this Tuesday in JBA, the girls play first at 6:30, and the boys follow, they both play Wood Memorial.
