Loogootee Jr-Sr High School

Last Thursday, both our JH teams traveled to North Knox and picked up nice Conference victories. The 7th grade won a competitive game 22-19, and moved to 12-7 on the season. The 7th grade was led in scoring by Ayla Hawkins with 7, Emma Downey and Kori Arvin each had 4, Elin Wade had 3, and Lyric Graber and Alyn Strange had 2 each. The 8th grade was close at the half, but broke it open in the 3rd quarter to coast to a victory. The Lady Lions were led in scoring by Taryn Brown with 13, Sydnee Salmon had 9, Addison Moore finished with 8, Fara Fisher had 6, and Kensleigh Carrico rounded out the scoring with 2. This victory moved the 8th graders to 16-3 on the season.
