Loogootee Jr-Sr High School

The 7th and 8th graders headed East to Shoals on Monday night to take on the Rox and both came home with victories. The 7th graders won 40-20 and improved to 10-1 on the season. The 8th graders won 47-27 and improved to 9-1 on the year. The 7th grade Lions were led by Mason Mathias; Zach Lyon; Garrett Downey; and Jack Divine who each had 7 points. Kaleb McCloskey had 6; Kendall Wilson 4; and August Weitkamp had 2. The 8th graders were led by Knox Jeffers. Knox had 14 and Jackson Lengacher had 10. Ethan Wildman; Jaxon Foster; and Holden Lingenfelter each had 6. Hiram Tedrow chipped in 5 for the Lions. Both teams will be back in action on Tuesday night when they host Washington at Jack Butcher Arena. This game is a make-up game from December.
