JH Lions Top Cats

The 7th and 8th grade boys were both victorious over Jasper on Thursday night at Jack Butcher Arena. The 7th grade Lions improved to 4-0 with a 41-27 win over the WIldcats. Jack Divine had 16 to lead the Lions. Garrett Downey joined Divine in double figures with 10. Mason Mathias had 6; Kaleb McCloskey 4; Liam Strange and August Weitkamp each had a bucket; and Zach Lyon chipped in a FT. In the 8th grade contest, the Lions were led by Jaxon Foster with 15 points. Holden Lingenfelter joined Foster in double figures with 10. Knox Jeffers added 8 points; Jackson Lengacher had 4; and Hiram Tedrow chipped in with a basket. The Lions improved to 3-1 on the season. Both teams will be back in action on Monday night when they take on Bloomfield.
