Liberty Middle School will host a Track & Field Callout Meeting for students in grades 6–8 on Friday, February 20th, during the school day. Please review the attached flyer for additional details. Students interested in participating must scan the QR code on the flyer to sign up. Please note that only approved Duneland student email accounts can access the sign-up form. The link to the IHSAA Physical and Consent and Release forms is provided below. All athletes must have a completed physical on file and be registered in FinalForms in order to participate in practices beginning March 30th.
