The LaPorte Girls Track and Field team finished their season with a great showing at Regionals on May 27, 2025, at Portage High School. Although the team did not have any State qualifiers this season, the ladies did an amazing job at Regionals and throughout the entire season. LPGTF placed 19th out of 33 teams, scoring 3 points. Results were as follows (with top 8 finishers scoring): 4x800m Relay- Faith Spain, Madalyn Kreamer, Caitlyn Carnes, Maggie Conner (9:52.08) 6th Place 1600m Run- Faith Spain (5:21.00) 10th Place 4x100m Relay- Elizabeth Anglin, Ava Redlin, Kyria Zapala, Taniya Campbell (51.72) 9th Place 300m Hurdles- Lana Schable (49.86) 16th Place 200m Dash- Kyria Zapala (26.66) 11th Place As the season comes to a close, we would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all parents, family members, meet workers, media, and athletes for making our season so fantastic. We truly could not do what we do as a team without all the continued support. To our seniors, thank you for everything you have done for LPGTF. We are so proud of you and know your futures are incredibly bright.
