LaPorte Varsity Softball Claims Victory Over Hebron LaPorte defeated Hebron 4-2 on Monday at Kesling Park - Softball Facility. Addy Bennitt earned the win for LaPorte. The starting pitcher allowed three hits and two runs (zero earned) over seven innings, striking out one and walking five. Evie Travis, Megan Zolvinski, Shayla Sorg, Keraghan Blind, Jersey Worthington, Allie Wiencek, and Addi Hill each collected one hit for LaPorte. Zolvinski, Sorg, and Worthington each drove in one run for LaPorte. LaPorte will play at home on Tuesday against Valparaiso.
