The Slicers hosted the Hobart Brickies, and finished the meet with a decisive 115-58 win. LaPorte opened the meet with a win in the 200 Medley Relay behind: Abigail Burger (backstroke), Noor Hakim (breaststroke), Cali Hatala (butterfly), and Lily Siford (freestyle). In a change of events, Noor Hakim won the 200 Freestyle, with Katelyn Peterson (PR), and Liz Luna finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively. Hakim also won the 100 Breaststroke. Cali Hatala won the 200 Individual Medley and 500 Freestyle with excellent swims. Lily Siford won both the 50 and 100 Freestyle. LaPorte won the 200 Freestyle Relay with: Regan Hughes, Katelyn Peterson, Sofie LaRocco, and Carmen Eguizabal. Abigail Burger won the 100 Backstroke, with Hughes and LaRocco finishing 2nd and 3rd. LaPorte finished the meet with a win in the 400 Freestyle Relay behind: Hatala, Burger, Siford and Hakim. The Slicers Record climbs to 8-7. They host Warsaw next Wednesday at Noon. Always proud.
