The LaPorte Wrestling team fell to the Valparaiso Vikings in their dual meet by a score of 48-27. This dual dropped the Slicers record to 8-10 on the year. The Slicers were able to claim five of the fourteen weight classes, four of which via a pin. Junior Landyn Hunt (11-2), junior Wyatt Wellinski (11-6), senior Isaac Kleist (12-5), senior Jackson Hague (11-6), as well as sophomore Christian Ford (6-5) were all victorious against the Vikings. The LaPorte Slicer Varsity Wresling team will be competing next on Saturday, December 16th at the Munster Superdual.
