Boys Varsity Basketball defeats Plymouth 74-59

The La Porte Slicers boys varsity basketball team got their first victory of the season tonight over Plymouth. Senior Rylan Kieszkowski led the way with a career high 34 points, connecting on 7 three pointers in the win. Freshman Griffin Ott-Large had 17 points and 7 assists, knocking down 3 three pointers. Junior Nic Spence also added 13 points, going 6/7 from the free throw line. La Porte knocked down 14 threes during the game, with senior Eli Taylor chipping in two and Sawyer Tonagel making one. Next up for the Slicers is a home game Saturday vs. New Prairie. Varsity tips off at 7 PM.
