The Slicers raced in the Michigan City Wolves natatorium tonight, and finished on top 128-55. The Slicers won every relay and individual event except the 50 Freestyle, in which Max Muckway out-touched Otto Wildhart by two hundredths of a second. Some of these boys have raced each other for years through Club Swimming and now, high school. It's always nice to see them greet each other before the racing starts. In a lot of ways, swimming is a different sport. Fierce rivals in the pool can be close friends out of the water. Top finishers for LaPorte were: 200 Medley Relay: Jakob Schroeder (Backstroke), Abbas Hakim (Breaststroke), Otto Wildhart (Butterfly), and Chaise Adrian (Freestyle).
