Cougars Take Down Charlotte in Four Sets

Lansing Catholic volleyball earned a 3–1 victory over Charlotte on Tuesday night, winning by scores of 16–25, 25–17, 25–17, and 25–12. After dropping the opening set, the Cougars responded with three straight wins behind a balanced effort on both ends of the court. Leighton Marlan paced the offense with 16 assists and added 12 digs, while Kendall Young contributed 12 assists and 21 digs. Sara Tolfree anchored the back row with a team-high 38 digs. At the net, Morgan Nichols tallied 9 kills and 7 digs, Leila Eyde added 8 kills, and Chloe Reece finished with 6 kills and 4 digs. The win highlighted the team’s depth and resilience as the Cougars continue to build momentum in conference play.
