The Lansing Catholic Girls Swim & Dive team made their mark at the Holt Invitational with strong swims and gritty performances. Jozzlynn Post led the way with a 2nd-place finish in the 500 Free (6:13.88) and added a 15th in the 100 Breaststroke (1:37.70). She also teamed with Bella Alaniz for a 4th-place finish in the 200 Free Relay (2:01.33) and an 11th in the 200 Medley Relay (3:07.49). Alaniz also swam the 50 Free, finishing 26th (37.90) in a deep field of competitors. The Cougars showed steady progress against strong competition and continue to build momentum for the season ahead.
