Lansing Catholic Track & Field hosted the CAAC Red, White and Blue Showcase, and the Cougars delivered several standout performances throughout the meet. Leading the way was Josie Bishop, who captured the 800-meter title while setting a new school record with a time of 2:15.50. The Cougar girls also earned victories in two relay events.
