Lansing Catholic then delivered one of its most dominant matches of the tournament with an 8–0 sweep of Waverly High School, showcasing the depth of the lineup. In the final matchup of the day, the Cougars secured the tournament title by defeating Grand Rapids West Catholic High School 5–3, closing out a highly competitive event.
