The Valkyries girls lacrosse team earned a strong 19–9 win over Ovid-Elsie High School, powered by a balanced offensive attack and steady defense. Sophie Johnson (Bath) led the scoring with five goals and one assist, while Viv Hagen from Lansing Catholic High School added four goals and two assists. Laila Martin (East Lansing) contributed three goals and two assists, and Mia Armstrong (East Lansing) added three goals of her own. Additional scoring came from Miley Greene (East Lansing) with two goals, Cara McDonald (Lansing Catholic) with one goal and one assist, and Makayla Morris (East Lansing) with one goal. The Valkyries also received assists from Marisa Fortina (East Lansing) and Kate Whiting (Lansing Catholic).
