Former Lansing Catholic High School standout Amanda Melling (C'22) delivered a championship performance for Saint Mary's College at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women’s Golf Spring Finale. Melling shot a weekend-low score of 145, finishing 1st overall in a highly competitive field. Her performance helped lead the Belles to their third consecutive MIAA Championship and the 13th conference title in program history. In recognition of her performance, Melling was named MIAA Women’s Golf Athlete of the Week and earned her second career All-MIAA First Team selection. Melling’s success at the collegiate level continues a strong tradition of Cougar athletes competing at the next level while representing Lansing Catholic with excellence.
